We value each employee's contribution, from the dishwasher all
the way up to the president, for without everyone doing their job to
the best of their ability, a weak link will be created in the
organization. We have established performance management programs in
place to ensure that all employees have a clear understanding of
their job and how it relates to the overall goals of the company. We
